A Festive thank you for RAZSOR customers

The problem

Auto Trader’s automotive digital marketing arm, RAZSOR, asked to create a festive communication that would engage existing customers and spread goodwill at Christmas by offering the opportunity to win a prize.

The solution

We sent out an email ‘Christmas cracker’ to all customers that simply asked recipients to click to open the cracker to see if they have the prize inside. This then lead through to a landing page animation revealing the contents of their cracker. One lucky winner found a £200 voucher inside, with the rest receiving a groan-inducing cracker joke!
