ICIS were launching their new Energy Dashboard service, collating all of their up-to-date energy market data in one place for the first time. They needed a clear and concise way for the sales team to show off the many features to users, encouraging them to migrate from their printed reports to the new digital platform.
We created a thorough, detailed walkthrough of the new product and also broke the video into sections explaining the specific areas of the interface for quicker access for returning users. The complete video and short video then sat on a landing page that acted as a support section to the new product.
